Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative, skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can lead visual communication and create impactful designs for our brand, marketing campaigns and digital platforms.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCreate creative and attractive designs for social media, digital campaigns and advertisements.
- Design brochures, banners, posters, standees, flyers and other marketing collaterals.
- Develop creative concepts and visual strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
- Handle end-to-end design projects from concept to final execution.
- Collaborate with the marketing, branding and content teams.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver designs within deadlines.
- Guide and review the work of junior designers, wherever required.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative tools.
- Required SkillsExcellent command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW and Canva will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts and branding.
- Experience in social media creatives, digital marketing and print design.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 4 years of relevant graphic designing experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
