? HIRING | Field Sales Executive (FOS)

Used Car Finance - CARS24, Hyderabad

Join our Dealer Consumer Financing (DCF) team to grow used-car loans through dealership partners.

What you'll do

* Visit dealers, build relationships and onboard new partners.

* Meet dealer-referred customers and explain loan options.

* Collect KYC, submit complete files through the CARS24 app and coordinate follow-ups.

* Work toward monthly sourcing and disbursal targets.

Who can apply

* Experienced candidates only: minimum 1 year of total experience.

* Vehicle finance, auto loans, used-car sales, dealer sourcing or DSA/channel sales experience preferred.

* Existing dealer relationships and loan-file experience are robust advantages.

* 12th pass or above.

* Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.

* Telugu required; Hindi useful.

* Comfortable with field travel and smartphone apps.

Relevant backgrounds include banks, NBFCs and DSAs such as Mahindra Finance,



Kotak, IDFC FIRST Bank, Piramal Finance, Bajaj Finance, Tata Capital, HDFC, ICICI, TVS Credit, Equitas and similar organisations. Your experience matters more than the employer name.

Pay & benefits

? ₹30,000–₹60,000/month: fixed + incentives combined. Incentives follow the applicable company plan.

Final territory assigned based on business need.
