Job Title: District Manager – Solar

Location: Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented District Manager – Solar to manage solar business operations, drive sales growth, develop dealer and distributor networks, and lead field sales activities across the assigned district. The ideal candidate should have relevant solar industry experience, strong market knowledge, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive solar product sales and achieve assigned district sales targets.
- Develop and manage dealer, distributor, retailer, and channel partner networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach in the assigned territory.
- Manage and guide sales executives and field teams to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with dealers, customers, and business partners.
- Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and identify local market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product availability, delivery,



and customer support.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, and track KPIs.
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads, customer queries, and sales conversions.
- Support promotional activities, product demonstrations, and channel partner meetings.

Candidate Requirements:-

- Experience:6 Months of relevant experience in the solar industry, preferably in sales/channel sales.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of solar products, market dynamics, and distribution channels.
- Experience in handling district/territory sales and dealer networks.
- Good communication, negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Candidates: Candidates with experience in solar panels, solar inverters, rooftop solar, or solar distribution.
