We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated Female Business Development Executive to join our recruitment consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, promoting recruitment services and building strong professional relationships with companies.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and connect with potential corporate clients.
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails and online platforms.
- Explain recruitment and placement services to prospective clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and generate business opportunities.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.




- Schedule meetings with companies and HR professionals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain daily calling records and follow-up reports.
- Support business development and client acquisition activities.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good telephone etiquette and client-handling skills.
- Lead generation and telecalling skills.
- Confidence and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of email and WhatsApp communication.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented approach.

- Female candidates with good communication skills.
