Job Description (JD)Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct field visits to generate current customer leads and business opportunities.
- Promote Challan Pay services and explain product benefits to customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify potential customers through market visits and networking.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update management on market activities.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months–1 year experience in Field Sales preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working in field sales across Delhi.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
