Position: Team Leader – Credit Card Sales

Work Location: Maduravoyal Branch, Chennai

1. Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Credit Card Sales Executives.
2. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly credit card sales targets.
3. Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
4. Guide and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
5. Conduct daily team meetings and monitor sales performance.
6. Develop current customer acquisition strategies to improve business.
7. Ensure proper documentation and accurate application submission.
8. Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve their queries.
9. Coordinate with branch management and reporting managers regarding sales performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of experience in credit card or banking sales.
- Previous experience handling a sales team is preferred.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to drive business growth.
- Knowledge of credit card sales and banking products.
- Compensation & BenefitsCTC: ₹55,000 per month.
