About the Role PU College is looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content for the college's branding, digital marketing, admission campaigns, and promotional activities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, typography, colour combinations, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create modern, professional, and engaging designs across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Digital Creatives

- Design visually appealing posts, stories, carousels, banners, thumbnails, and advertisements for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create promotional designs for admission campaigns, academic programs, college events, and achievements.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with current design trends.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to produce high-performing advertising creatives.

2. Branding & Marketing Materials

- Design professional brochures, prospectuses, flyers, posters, banners, standees, hoardings, and other promotional materials.
- Maintain a consistent and premium brand identity across all marketing communications.
- Create attractive admission campaign designs highlighting Science and Commerce streams, academic excellence, and campus facilities.
- Ensure all designs reflect the college's professional image and branding standards.

3. Print & Digital Design

- Prepare high-resolution, print-ready artwork with accurate dimensions, bleed, colour profiles, and typography.
- Design layouts for brochures, magazines, certificates, invitations, and institutional publications.
- Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure quality output.
- Adapt designs for different digital and print formats without compromising visual quality.

4. Photo Editing & Video Creatives





- Retouch and enhance photographs for promotional and branding purposes while maintaining a natural, realistic appearance.
- Create engaging graphics, motion elements, and visual assets for reels and promotional videos.
- Support basic video editing and animated promotional content.
- Organize and maintain the college's digital design assets.

5. Creative Planning & Execution

- Collaborate with the management, admissions, and marketing teams on promotional campaigns.
- Develop innovative visual concepts that strengthen the college's brand positioning.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in every design.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Good working knowledge of Canva and other modern design tools.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout composition, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating both digital creatives and professional print materials.
- Ability to produce high-quality, original designs with minimal supervision.
- Strong creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Additional Skills (Preferred)Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video editing tools.
- Experience designing brochures, prospectuses, and marketing campaigns for educational institutions.
- Basic photography and photo-retouching skills.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools.
- Understanding of social media advertising formats and design best practices.
