Job Description

Medha Resort is looking for a smart, polite, well-groomed, and customer-focused Female Steward to join our hospitality team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing excellent dining services, assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant and comfortable resort experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and professionally.
- Serve food, beverages, and refreshments according to resort service standards.
- Prepare dining tables, arrange cutlery, and maintain proper table settings.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food service.
- Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, buffet, and room service operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas.
- Respond politely to guest requests, questions, and complaints.
- Support special events, private dining, and resort functions.
- Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and hospitality standards.
- Maintain proper grooming, uniform, and skilled appearance.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front-office teams when required.





Educational Qualifications

- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.
- Candidates with Food & Beverage Service training will receive preference.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
- Excellent guest-handling and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work in a team and handle busy service hours.
- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality services.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
