Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the same profile (immigration Consultant)
- Job Responsibilities : Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
- Explain immigration/visa services and guide clients according to their requirements.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into clients.
- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months’ experience as an Immigration Telecaller/Counsellor.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of immigration/visa processes preferred.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
