Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day hub operations, ensuring smooth last-mile delivery activities.
- Handle rider allocation, attendance, productivity, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments within defined SLAs.
- Manage delivery executives and maintain adequate rider availability.
- Monitor shipment ageing, pending deliveries, RTO, NDR, and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with field teams to resolve operational issues and delivery escalations.
- Ensure proper shipment handling, scanning, sorting, and dispatch processes.
- Maintain daily MIS reports and track key operational metrics.
- Drive operational efficiency and ensure adherence to company SOPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline.




- 1–4 years of experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or last-mile operations.
- Good understanding of last-mile delivery operations.
- Experience in managing delivery executives/riders.
- Knowledge of local geography and delivery areas.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates from logistics companies such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Ekart, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in hub management and rider handling will be preferred.

Key Requirement: Strong last-mile operations knowledge and valuable geographical understanding of the assigned location.
