Job Description – In-House Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Location: Rajkot

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 + Incentives (As per experience)

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle in-house sales activities and generate business through calls and customer inquiries.
2. Attend incoming inquiries from customers and explain products/services.
3. Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
4. Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
5. Prepare quotations, share product details, and coordinate with the internal team.
6. Maintain customer databases and sales reports.
7. Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Positive negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
- Ability to handle sales inquiries independently.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in in-house sales, telecalling, or inside sales preferred.
