Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end Gold Loan sales and customer acquisition in assigned territories.
- Conduct field visits, meet prospective clients, and build a strong pipeline.
- Process loan applications efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationship networks across the local community.
Requirements & Eligibility:
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in Gold Loan Sales (Mandatory).
- Location: Local Bangalore candidates preferred (fluency in Kannada & local geography awareness is a robust plus).
- Mobility: Must own a Two-Wheeler with a Valid Driving License (Mandatory).
- Role Type: 100% comfortable with Field Sales and local travel.
