Salary Structure

Role

Tenure-0-12 Months

Stipend / CTC per month- INR 13,450/-

Stipend / CTC per annum- INR 1,61,400/-

N-DET

Tenure -13-24 Months

Stipend / CTC per month -INR 25,000/-

Stipend / CTC per annum -INR 3,00,000/-

Field Engineer

Tenure -Post 24 Months

Stipend / CTC per month -INR 30,000/-

Stipend / CTC per annum -INR 3,60,000/-

Career Progression

For 12 Months candidate will work as Apprentice

After 12 Months basis performance and evaluation candidates will be elevated as N-DETS

After 01 year as N-DET basis performance to be promoted as FE

After joining as Field Engineer, you will be eligible for WILP B.Tech. programme from institutes like BITS Pilani / MIT.
