- Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote recruitment services.
- Generate leads and identify potential corporate clients.
- Manage social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging marketing content, posts, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the business development and recruitment teams.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Promote company services through digital and offline marketing activities.
- Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Knowledge of Canva and MS Office will be an advantage.
- Creative thinking and marketing skills.
- Ability to generate leads and engage with potential clients.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
