Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance person to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, financial planning, reconciliations and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. GST & Taxation: Preparation and filing of GST returns, reconciliation and compliance.
2. Accounting: Day-to-day accounting and Tally handling.
3. E-commerce Reconciliation: Regular reconciliation of sales, settlements, commissions, deductions and receivables across all e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
4. Cash Flow Management: Preparing cash flow projections, monitoring funds and managing daily payment plans.
5. Payroll Management: Processing monthly payroll, salary calculations and employee-related statutory compliance.
6. AR & AP Management: Managing accounts receivable and payable, vendor payments and customer outstanding follow-ups.
7. Audit & Compliance:



Coordination with CA and CS for finalisation of balance sheets, statutory audits and other compliance requirements.
8. Financial Analysis: Monitoring channel-wise sales, profitability and advertising ROI.
9. Daily Finance Operations: Managing routine finance tasks, expense tracking, payment scheduling and reporting.

- Required Skills Strong knowledge of Tally.
- Good understanding of GST returns and taxation.
- Experience in e-commerce and quick-commerce reconciliation.
- Solid knowledge of cash flow management and financial projections.
- Understanding of AR, AP and payroll management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage daily finance operations.

Preferred Candidate: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance with relevant experience in e-commerce or FMCG accounting.
