About the RoleCHEFPY is looking for a result-oriented Sales Closing Executive who can convert business enquiries into confirmed catering bookings for weddings, corporate events, private parties and other occasions.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle qualified leads received from the company's Business Development team.
2. Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
3. Understand customer requirements, event details, guest count and budget.
4. Explain catering services, menus, packages and quotations.
5. Negotiate with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
6. Follow up regularly with interested customers until deal closure.
7. Coordinate with management for pricing approvals and special requirements.
8. Ensure advance payment and booking confirmation.
9. Maintain daily follow-up records and deal status in CRM.
10. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.




- Experience in sales and business development.
- Ability to convert leads into paying customers.
- Good client relationship management.
- Knowledge of CRM and Google Sheets.
- Experience in catering, hospitality, weddings or event management will be an advantage.
- Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month.
- Salary depends on experience, skills and interview performance.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM
