Job Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential patients and follow up on clinic enquiries and leads.
2. Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
3. Explain clinic services such as Hair Transplant, PRP, GFC, DHI and other hair & skin treatments.
4. Understand patient requirements and generate consultation bookings.
5. Follow up with interested patients and convert enquiries into clinic visits.
6. Maintain daily call records, lead status and follow-up reports.
7. Coordinate with the front desk and doctors regarding patient appointments.
8. Maintain good communication and build positive relationships with patients.

Requirements:

- Female candidates preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp handling.
- Experience in telecalling, sales or healthcare will be an added advantage.
- Confident, polite and target-oriented personality.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
