We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, generate sales, and convert leads into confirmed orders for our sportswear and customised jersey business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle incoming enquiries from Instagram, Facebook, website and other platforms.
- Explain our products, pricing, customisation options and services.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Generate recent business leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Maintain daily call records, lead status and sales reports.
Coordinate with the design and production teams for customer requirements.
