Position: XFE – Customer Experience Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and complaints related to Airtel services.

Provide information about mobile, broadband, DTH and other Airtel services.

Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle customer requests regarding billing, recharge, plans and network-related concerns.

Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution of customer complaints.

Maintain customer records and update details in the CRM system.

Ensure quality service and follow company processes.

Eligibility:

Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Valuable communication and convincing skills.

Smartphone required.

Bike and valid driving licence may be mandatory, depending on location.
