- Evaluating & Preparing Bill Of Material , tender documents.
- Preparing and evaluating cost analysis with supplier quotation.
- Negotiations with supplier on both technical and commercial aspects of products.
- Quotation preparation for fire alarm, firefighting, fire suppression, CCTV, access control, and other safety and security systems.
- Searching & Downloading E Tenders from E Portals
- Evaluating tender / Bid documents & schedules
- Preparation of Pre-Qualification of tender documents & pre-bid queries
- Preparation of tender costing
- Evaluate the tenders with Commercial conditions and Technical specifications
- Responsible for timely submission of tenders, follow-up
- Coordinate with engineers, project team, management and client
