Job Description - Talent Acquisition Lead

Designation: Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Lead

Experience: 2 years

Open to hire: Individual contributor / Team Lead

Salary offered: Market standard + SPOT Incentives + Performance based Incentives

Mode of Work: Work from Home (WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior mandates

· Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements

· Coordinate interviews and manage candidate lifecycle till joining





· Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships

· Updating MIS Tracker daily.
