Job Responsibilities:
- Collect monthly EMIs from customers.
- Follow up on overdue payments and pending collections.
- Conduct field visits and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly collection targets.
- Maintain daily collection reports and updates.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Previous experience in field collections, NBFCs or vehicle finance required.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
- Familiarity with local areas of Sitapur or Lakhimpur.
