1. Monitor multiple client CCTV cameras through monitoring software.
2. Continuously observe live camera feeds during the night shift (9 PM to 6 AM).
3. Identify suspicious activities, theft attempts and unusual movements.
4. Immediately alert the concerned store staff, security personnel or management when suspicious activity is detected.
5. Use voice warning systems to communicate warnings to suspicious individuals when required.
6. Follow the company's escalation procedure during security incidents.
7. Maintain incident records, reports and monitoring logs.
8. Ensure all assigned cameras are monitored properly without missing critical activities.
9. Report camera disconnections, technical issues and network failures to the technical team.
10. Prepare and submit daily monitoring reports to the supervisor.
