Job Description:

A Cosmetology Therapist is a person who specialises in providing

assistance in Operation Theatres with standard procedures. He/she must

have the ability to perfectly perform their primary role to assist the

surgeons in various cosmetology treatments, including but limited to Medi

facials, microdermabrasion, PRP, Acne and pigmentation, chemical peels,

Q switch, anti-ageing, mesotherapy & LLLT, Ultracel, Derma roller, and

assist t on the floor in the hair transplant room. He/she should be able to do the

LHR on all body parts.

We offer a broad range of treatments from Anti-ageing, acne treatment,

hair loss treatment, pigmentation, scar treatments and hair transplant.

Responsibilities: ● Ensure patient safety and comfort with a smooth flow of patient

care.

● Providing accurate and in-depth information to clients on the

procedures and their benefits.

● Responsible for price quoting, providing consent forms, pre- and

post-procedure protocol, discussing treatment in detail, etc

Cosmetology Therapist–

AK Clinics

● Responsible for looking ahead at the schedule, anticipating

requirements and alerting management of any issues pertaining

to consumables, supplies, and related matters.

● Working closely with the Medical Doctor to provide appropriate

aesthetic services.

● Strict implementation of sterilising procedures after every use of





the beauty tools and equipment.

● Upselling and cross-selling of procedures and products through

effective advice to clients.

● Building brand loyalty through effective communication and

sincere services like SOPs and Online Software usage.

● Should be well-versed in doing procedures like Laser hair

reduction, Medi facials, microdermabrasion, PRP, Acne, and

pigmentation, chemical peels, Q switch, anti-ageing, mesotherapy

& LLLT, Ultracel, Derma roller.

● Well versed with CRM.

● Diligently follow up with patients

Qualifications &

Skills Required.

● Experience working in an aesthetic clinic

● Preference will be given to a person who has experience and is a

cosmetology diploma holder with a minimum 2 years of experience.

● Experience delivering medical-grade facial treatments

● Experience with energy-based devices: laser, radiofrequency

● Able to operate efficiently in a busy clinic environment

● Warm, understanding, and patient.

● Passionate about customer delight and client needs
