Job Responsibilities

1. Generate student leads through calling, WhatsApp, social media and field marketing.

2. Conduct door-to-door promotional activities to create awareness about academy courses.

3. Visit nearby schools, colleges, coaching centres and educational institutions for marketing and student outreach.

4. Conduct field marketing campaigns, distribute pamphlets and promote academy programmes in target areas.

5. Promote healthcare courses such as Medical Lab Technology (MLT) and Operation Theatre Technology (OTT).

6. Meet students and parents, explain course details, eligibility, fees and career opportunities.

7. Organise promotional activities, seminars, awareness campaigns and student counselling sessions.

8. Build relationships with schools, hospitals, diagnostic centres and other institutions.

9. Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.

10. Arrange campus visits and counselling appointments.

11. Maintain daily lead records, field visit reports and follow-ups using CRM software.

12. Achieve monthly lead generation, marketing and admission targets.
