Naivotech Innovations is a Robotics & AI education company running STEM, Robotics and AI Innovation Labs in leading schools across Uttar Pradesh. We are hiring passionate Robotics & Technical Trainers for our partner schools in Lucknow and Varanasi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct hands-on Robotics, Electronics, Coding and AI sessions for students of Classes 1 to 12 in our school Innovation Labs
- Teach Arduino, sensors, motors, basic circuits, block coding (Scratch / mBlock) and Python as per Naivotech curriculum and lesson plans
- Guide students in building working projects and models for exhibitions, science fairs and robotics competitions
- Set up, maintain and keep inventory of lab kits, components and equipment
- Track student progress, maintain attendance and session reports
- Coordinate with school principals and teachers; support workshops, tech fests and events
- Travel to assigned partner schools within the city as per schedule

Requirements:

- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma / BCA / B.Sc in Electronics,



Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer Science or related fields
- Working knowledge of Arduino, sensors, basic electronics and at least one programming language (Python / C / Scratch)
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; comfortable handling a classroom of children
- Freshers with solid hands-on robotics project experience are welcome; 0-3 years of teaching or training experience preferred
- Own two-wheeler preferred

What we offer:

- Salary Rs 18,000 - 30,000 per month based on skills and experience, plus travel allowance
