Job DescriptionWe are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Direct Selling Agents (DSA). Candidates will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, and promoting various banking loan products.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for Vehicle Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Balance Transfer Loans.
- Identify and connect with potential customers.
- Explain loan products and guide customers through the application process.
- Collect required customer documents and submit loan applications.
- Coordinate with customers and bank representatives.
- Follow up on applications until loan disbursement.
- Achieve monthly business targets.




- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.
- Knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.
- Sales-oriented and self-motivated candidates preferred.
