- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, stocked, and replenished on shelves.
- Monitor product availability and maintain store hygiene and cleanliness.
- Handle billing, POS operations, and cash transactions when required.
- Support inventory management, stock counting, and stock receiving activities.




- Ensure adherence to store SOPs and customer service standards.
- Assist in promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
- Address customer queries and escalate concerns to the Store Manager when necessary.
- RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in a retail store, supermarket, grocery, FMCG, or customer-facing environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS operations is preferred.
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and on weekends.
- 10th, PUC, or Any Graduate can apply.
