Job Title: Group Loan Officer

Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic candidates for the position of Group Loan Officer in the JLG Sales department. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new members, conducting group meetings, managing loan collections, and maintaining customer relationships within the assigned area.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new members through field sourcing activities.
- Collect the CDS from the BOE and proceed to the field for collection activities.
- Cross-verify the daily collection dues before starting field operations.
- Conduct centre meetings and complete TAB entries and data synchronisation on the spot.
- Deposit collected cash at the nearest authorised Fino, Airtel, or other designated deposit points.
- Submit the daily CDS to the BOE after completing collection activities.
- Conduct scheduled CGT (Compulsory Group Training) meetings.




- Accompany the Branch Manager for GRT (Group Recognition Test) meetings.
- Conduct LUC (Loan Utilisation Check).
- Visit FTOD/OD/NPA members for loan collection follow-ups.
- Attend staff meetings and provide regular updates on field activities.
- Eligibility CriteriaQualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
- Experience: 0–3 years.
- Location: Pan India.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in the local language.
- Ability to work effectively with women in rural and community-based groups.
- Adaptability and the ability to work according to group requirements.
- Solid teamwork and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools, including TAB operations.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable with fieldwork and customer interaction.
- Ability to manage group meetings and collection activities efficiently.
