Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads):

Design, execute, and optimize high-converting Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to target local customers looking to sell old gold, release pledged gold, or get instant cash.

Manage high-intent Google Search Ads (PPC) targeting local keywords (e.g., "cash for gold near me," "sell old gold for cash") to capture high-urgency leads.

Continuously monitor Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), optimize landing pages, and scale ad budgets for maximum ROI.

Local SEO & Map Dominance:

Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles (GBP) for all local branches to dominate Google’s Local Pack rankings.

Implement local SEO strategies to rank at the top for hyper-local search intent queries.

Drive positive online reviews and manage local citations to build digital trust.

Social Media & Content Strategy:

Plan and execute engaging social media calendars across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.





Create trust-building content (video scripts, reels, customer testimonials, educational posts on gold purity testing, and live market rates) that resonates with people seeking urgent financial liquidity.

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience (2+ years) in running successful Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, ideally for local businesses, finance, or retail service sectors.

Strong hands-on knowledge of local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and local keyword ranking strategies.

Ability to craft compelling, high-converting ad copy that addresses customer pain points (trust, safety, instant payment, transparency).

Analytical mindset with deep familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and tracking conversions (lead forms, phone calls, store visits).

Understanding of the financial, trust-based nature of the gold-buying industry is a solid plus.
