We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking candidates to join our Chennai operations for the following positions:
1. Delivery Associate (Bike)
- Deliver courier shipments to customers within the assigned area.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of shipments.
- Collect COD payments wherever applicable.
- Update delivery status through the mobile application.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and service quality.
2. Pickup Associate
- Visit customers and business locations to collect shipments.
- Ensure proper scanning and shipment handover.
- Complete pickups within the assigned timelines.
- Maintain accurate shipment records.
3. Van Delivery Associate
- Handle bulk deliveries and shipments using company/vendor-arranged vehicles.
- Deliver shipments to assigned locations and customers.
- Ensure proper shipment handling and timely delivery.
- Update shipment status and maintain delivery records.
4. Warehouse Executive
- Handle inbound and outbound shipments.
- Perform shipment scanning, sorting, segregation and bagging.
- Ensure accurate shipment movement and documentation.
- Support daily warehouse operations and dispatch activities.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic reading and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local areas in Chennai is preferred.
- Bike delivery candidates must have a valid Driving Licence and own two-wheeler.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in shifts depending on operational requirements.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
