Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (In-Hand)

Location: Mumbai – Multiple Locations, Palghar and boisar

Job Responsibilities:

* Generate leads and acquire recent customers for Home Loan products.

* Identify potential customers through field visits, references, and other sources.

* Explain home loan products, eligibility, and process to customers.

* Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.

* Collect and verify customer documents as per company requirements.

* Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.





* Maintain regular follow-up with customers throughout the loan process.

* Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.

Required Skills:

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Customer handling and relationship-building skills.

* Willingness to work in sales/field sales.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation.

* Candidates who are motivated to build a career in the banking/financial services sector are preferred.
