Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make high-volume daily calls to prospective or pre-qualified loan customers.
- Product Pitching: Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, documentation, and repayment terms clearly.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Screen callers to check their creditworthiness, financial requirements, and basic eligibility.
- Follow-Ups: Nurture warm leads and track pending or in-progress loan applications through coordination with sales/processing teams.
- Query & Objection Handling: Answer customer questions, resolve doubts, and handle rejections with a calm, skilled demeanor.
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date call logs, customer notes, and status updates in the CRM software.
