Kannada-speaking caller for Bengaluru hospitals (part time, November)
Your job is calling private hospitals in Bengaluru to collect and confirm their details for PulseChart's patient app, and to ask their insurance desks a few questions about cashless claims.
The work
- Call about 175 private hospitals from a list we prepare, using a script we provide in spoken Kannada and English.
- Ask the front desk a few short questions (under 2 minutes), then confirm the cashless list with the hospital's insurance desk on WhatsApp or in a short call.
- Log every answer in a Google Sheet during the call.
- Say plainly who you are calling for and why. You never pitch, and you never promise anything that is not in the script.
Schedule
- Training: one 1-hour session with role-play calls, 11 November.
- Pilot: 20 calls on 12 and 13 November, recorded for quality review, then feedback.
- Main run: 16 to 27 November, Monday to Saturday, 2:30 to 3:30 PM and 4:30 to 5:30 PM, plus a few calls to insurance desks at times they pick, usually 10:30 to 11:30 AM or 6 to 7 PM.
- About 20 to 25 hours in total.
You need
- Kannada as your first language, comfortable in everyday Bengaluru Kannada, plus clear English.
- A calm, polite phone manner, and the discipline to follow a script exactly.
- A smartphone and a laptop with internet for Google Sheets.
- Telecalling, survey or front-office experience is a plus.
Pay: Rs 200 per hour for logged hours, paid after the pilot and at the end of the run.
