Job Description – HR Recruiter Intern
We are looking for enthusiastic HR Recruiter Interns to support end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, telephonic interviews, interview coordination, follow-ups, and offer management. Interns will gain practical exposure to talent acquisition, candidate management, and HR operations.
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
Internship Duration: 3–6 Months
Stipend upon successful joining’s:
0 to 4 - Nil
5 to 8 - 3000 INR
9 to 12- 5000 INR
13 to 15- 7500 INR
16 or above- 10000 INR and Best Performer Awards
Note: Any interns should not ask for any money from any candidates. And, this is performance based only, no fixed stipend will be given.
