Job Overview:-

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Collection Executive with 1–2 years of experience, preferably in the logistics industry. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with transporters, following up on outstanding payments, collecting payment advice, and maintaining accurate payment records.

Key Skills & Requirements:-

1. 1–2 years of experience in logistics. Experience in payment collection is preferred.

2. Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.

3. Essential knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.

4. Ability to coordinate with transporters and follow up on pending payments.

5. Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

6. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Contact transporters regularly through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

2.



Analyse Outstanding (OS) data and share pending outstanding details with transporters.

3. Handle transporter queries related to outstanding payments and resolve them through proper coordination.

4. Follow up with transporters and collect pending payments along with the corresponding payment advice.

5. Share payment advice with the concerned team for payment reconciliation.

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transporters, outstanding amounts, collections, and payment details.

7. Ensure timely follow-ups to achieve collection targets and reduce pending outstanding amounts.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

• Candidates with logistics industry experience will be preferred.

• Prior experience in payment collection or transporter coordination is an added advantage.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
