Experience: 4 Months – 2 Years (Preferred)

Qualification: Any UG / PG

Work Location: Prince Info Tech IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

*?* *Key Responsibilities*

Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

The screen resumes, and initial telephonic interviews are conducted.

Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.

Achieve assigned recruitment targets within the stipulated timelines.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

✅ *Required Skills & Qualifications*

Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.





Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.

Good follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.

Target-orientated mindset with a willingness to learn.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.

Prior experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition will be an added advantage.
