### Job Description

We are looking for a technically sound and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Engineer with an Electrical Engineering background to promote and sell industrial electrical and automation products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

- Identify and develop new customers, including OEMs, panel builders, industries and contractors.

- Promote and sell VFDs, PLC systems, LT/HT panels and electric motors.

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable technical solutions.

- Prepare quotations, follow up with clients and close sales deals.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

2. Technical Coordination





- Coordinate with design and engineering teams for panel specifications and automation solutions.

- Understand basic PLC applications, VFD selection and motor sizing.

- Assist customers with product selection and basic technical troubleshooting.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Positive technical knowledge of electrical products and industrial automation.

- Customer handling and business development skills.

- Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.

- Target-oriented approach.

Eligibility Criteria

- BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

- 1–4 years of experience in industrial sales, electrical products or automation.

- Male candidates only, as specified by the employer.

- Candidates with knowledge of PLC, VFDs, LT/HT panels and motors will be preferred.
