About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic, guest-focused, and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior experience in fine dining or premium restaurant operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and maintain premium service standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Captains, Stewards, and other service staff.
- Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally.
- Ensure proper table setup, restaurant presentation, and service readiness.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, punctuality, and performance.
- Conduct daily briefings, staff training, and service improvement sessions.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, food pairings, and beverage offerings.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely food service.
- Monitor restaurant hygiene, cleanliness,



and compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in managing inventory, stock control, and minimising operational wastage.
- Support billing operations, cash handling, and end-of-day closing procedures.
- Assist in achieving revenue targets through suggestive selling and premium upselling.
- Candidate Requirements Minimum 5-7 years of experience in restaurant operations.
- Prior experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, premium restaurants, or upscale hospitality establishments.
- Hotel Management degree or diploma preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
- Strong guest-handling, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems, billing, and operational procedures.
- Well-groomed, professional, and guest-oriented personality.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage flexible shifts.
