Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to train, guide, and motivate candidates or employees effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees/candidates.

- Explain concepts, procedures, and job-related skills clearly.

- Prepare training materials, presentations, and learning activities.

- Monitor trainees' performance and evaluate their progress.

- Provide feedback and support to improve individual performance.

- Maintain training records and attendance.

- Help trainees achieve their learning and performance targets.

Required Skills:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.





- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage and motivate a group of trainees.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: Any Graduate / Relevant Qualification.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
