We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive with experience in Home Loans, Banking, NBFCs, or Financial Services to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers and generate home loan leads.
- Understand customer requirements and assess preliminary loan eligibility.
- Explain home loan products, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into qualified prospects.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives and Loan Processing Teams.
- Maintain daily calling reports, lead status, and CRM updates.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of telecalling experience,



preferably in Home Loans or Mortgage Loans in DSA, Banks, or NBFCs
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada. Hindi is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of home loan eligibility, CIBIL scores, and loan documentation.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
