Inside Sales Team Leader (Female Candidates Only)
? Location: Bikaji Palace, Delhi
? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
? Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
Experience: 3–4 Years in Inside Sales & Team Handling
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the inside sales team.
- Drive team performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, conversions, and deal closures.
- Train team members and improve their sales performance.
- Drive sales strategies to maximize revenue and conversions.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- 3–4 years of relevant Inside Sales Team Leading experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Solid leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
