Job DescriptionWe are urgently hiring experienced professionals for Domestic BPO Voice Process – Sales & Customer Service.
Candidates must have prior experience in handling domestic inbound/outbound calls, customer queries, sales conversions or service-related interactions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound domestic customer calls.
- Manage customer queries, complaints and service requests.
- Promote products and services through effective communication.
