- Manage and optimize product listings across online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, or similar platforms).
- Track daily sales, inventory levels, order processing, and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to minimize fulfillment delays and manage stock returns.
- Update product descriptions, pricing, and promotional banners to drive online sales conversion.

2. Administrative Oversight:

- Oversee day-to-day office administration, facility management, and stationery/inventory supplies.
- Maintain digital and physical records, documentation, and filing systems efficiently.
- Handle vendor coordination, invoice tracking, and basic petty cash management.
- Assist management with scheduling meetings, preparing internal reports, and handling correspondence.





3. AI Prompt Engineering & Rug Design:

- Use AI image tools (like Midjourney or DALL-E) to generate unique, contemporary, and creative rug designs.
- Refine prompts to produce high-quality visual outputs, and organize a design library for production.
- Help manage basic website workflows (using basic WordPress/AppSheet knowledge if needed).

Education: Undergraduate / Graduate (Any stream).
