Key Responsibilities

- Handle product demos and get the material ready for each demo.
- Find current avenues for business growth.
- Be responsible for service calls and customer complaints, and ensure their timely resolution within the stipulated time frame.
- Handle a team of engineers and align them for demos and service calls.
- Manage and coordinate overall project operations and ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors and internal teams for material, technical support and timelines.
- Plan, supervise and monitor project execution and site activities.
- Ensure timely installation, commissioning and site completion as per project requirements.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables, and report progress to management.
- Handle logistics, including dispatch planning, material movement, delivery tracking and site receipt.
- Coordinate manpower, including site engineers, technicians and contract labour, and ensure proper deployment.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges, delays and site issues quickly.
- Ensure documentation for each project, including delivery challans, installation reports, completion certificates and handover records.




- Support billing and closure by coordinating with accounts on completion documents and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure quality standards, safety practices and customer satisfaction at project sites.
- Ensure smooth execution and timely closure of projects.

Required Skills

- Strong project coordination and execution skills.
- Good understanding of installation and commissioning activities and site management.
- Experience in working with OEMs, vendors and contractors.
- Knowledge of logistics and manpower planning.
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Good communication, leadership and team-handling skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and project tracking tools.
- QualificationsGraduate or Diploma holder in Engineering (B.Tech / Diploma preferred) or Business Administration.
- Around 5 years of relevant experience in project operations, site execution or operations management.
