Job Responsibilities:
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Identify customer issues and escalate them to supervisors when required.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues within the defined TAT.
2. CIT – US Inbound Sales Process
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of International Voice Sales experience (Middle East experience not considered).
2. Qualification:
PUC or Graduate.
3. Language: Fluent English communication skills.
4. Age Limit: Maximum 36 years.
5. Shift Timings: 12:30 AM / 1:30 AM / 2:30 AM.
