Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
1. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring residential construction projects.
2. Supervise construction activities from excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing.
3. Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, supervisors, vendors, and consultants.
4. Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedules.
5. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and update project status.
6. Ensure construction work follows approved drawings,
specifications, and quality standards.
7. Monitor material requirements, procurement, and site deliveries.
8. Identify project delays, execution issues, and site challenges and take corrective action.
9. Monitor labour productivity, contractor performance, and resource utilization.
10. Ensure safety standards and construction procedures are followed at project sites.
11. Coordinate with clients and internal departments whenever required.
12. Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline and budget.
