We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to handle day-to-day operations across online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho). You will oversee catalog management, product listings, inventory tracking, order fulfillment coordination, and basic promotion management to boost online visibility and sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Cataloging & Listing: Create, optimize, and update product listings, titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, and high-quality images across marketplaces.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels across channels, reconcile stock, update stock availability, and prevent stockouts or over-selling.
- Order Processing & Returns: Track daily orders, coordinate timely dispatch and fulfillment with the warehouse/dispatch team, and monitor RTO (Return to Origin) / customer return rates.
- Promotions & Deals: Participate in marketplace sale events, apply platform deals, coupons, Lightning Deals, and assist with basic sponsored product ad campaigns.




- Portal Management & Issue Resolution: Raise seller support tickets on Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho to resolve catalog errors, brand gating, listing suppression, or payment discrepancies.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, order summary sheets, and inventory movement updates using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Requirements & QualificationsEducation: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience managing e-commerce seller portals (Freshers with strong basic knowledge/internship experience are welcome).
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Meesho Supplier Panel.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, data sorting/filtering).
- Soft Skills: Valuable communication skills, keen eye for detail, and ability to handle operational deadlines.
