We are Hiring for the position of Technical and Customer support Executive (Work-from-office)

Must be fluent in Kannda, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, recruitment processes and HR operations
Work from Office
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays are working).
Working Timings: 10.00AM to 6.00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer and employee support calls.
- Assist with technical issues, login problems and platform-related queries.
- Support insurance claims and policy endorsement requests.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and internal departments.
- Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain issue records, ticket updates and daily reports.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
- Ensure qualified customer service and employee support.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle calls and follow up on issues.
- Patience, ownership and a positive attitude.
