Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Store In-Charge / Assistant Store In-Charge candidates to oversee daily dark store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day dark store operations.
- Ensure timely order processing, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock records.
- Monitor store productivity and team performance.
- Coordinate with delivery riders.
- Resolve operational and order-related issues.
- Maintain hygiene, safety and process compliance.
- Supervise store staff and achieve daily targets.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience in Quick Commerce / Dark Store / E-commerce preferred.
- Candidates from warehouse, retail and inventory operations may also apply.
- Positive communication and team management skills.
- Flexible to work in shifts and weekends.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Designations: Warehouse Supervisor, Store Supervisor, Hub In-Charge, Shift In-Charge, Inventory Supervisor.
